Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc and its subsidiaries and affiliates make alcohol beverages only for adults of legal purchase age. We actively support all laws establishing age restrictions on purchase and consumption of alcohol beverages and we devote substantial resources to education and prevention of underage drinking. We do not market or sell our products to persons below the legal purchase age. Our products are intended to be consumed responsibly for enjoyment by legal purchase age adults. We oppose all forms of excessive or irresponsible consumption, and we vigorously support enforcement of drunk driving laws. Some people should not drink alcohol beverages at all, and we do not market to those persons.
