• Provide food at the party, so guests are not consuming alcohol on an empty stomach.
• Always have non-alcoholic beverages on hand for your guests.
• Make best efforts to ensure your guests do not drink to excess or drive over the legal designated limit.
• Be sure your guests know their options for getting home safely, including taxis or responsible drivers.
• Don't serve alcohol to those who are drunk.
• Make sure that no one under the legal-purchase age consumes or has access to alcohol.
