If you drink alcohol, have a plan and stick to it.
When you reach your pre-set limit, stop drinking!
When drinking alcohol, control the pace, alternate alcohol with non-alcoholic drinks.
Order your own drinks and never feel pressured to have “just one more.”
Respect the rights of informed adults to choose to drink alcohol – or not to drink at all.
- Informed adults have the right to choose whether to drink, or not; their choice should be respected, and should they choose not drink, they should not feel pressured to do so.
If you can’t drink smart® and responsibly, don’t drink alcohol.
