As a leader in the beverage alcohol industry, Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc., is committed to promoting our products responsibly to adults of legal purchase age. Drink smart® embodies our philosophy about responsible consumption and is an integral part of everything we do in the U.S. We have a long-standing history of supporting responsible consumption through drink smart®, as well as additional programs through our memberships with The Century Council and the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS). Through The Century Council, Beam Global supports numerous programs including "We Don't Serve Teens," a program that partners The Century Council with the Federal Trade Commission, among other organizations.

Our aim is to illustrate how you can make responsible choices about alcohol. Drink smart® is a responsibility program for Beam Global Spirits & Wine in the U.S. and is designed to help you to make the right choices. The first smart decision you should make is to know and obey the law. That means if you're under 21, don't drink. It also means that if you are an adult of legal purchase age and you choose to drink, never drive drunk. In addition to knowing and obeying the law, drink smart® promotes the use of sound judgment. If you're an adult of legal purchase age and choose to drink, do so responsibly. Moderation is the key. And the bottom line is – if you can't drink responsibly, don't drink at all.

Beam Global Spirits & Wine will continue to fight underage drinking and educate consumers of legal purchase age who choose to consume alcoholic beverages, to drink smart®.  Throughout this website, you'll find:
