1 cup (250 ml) water : 1 cup (250 ml) sugar : 2 Chai Tea Bags Boil water and remove from heat. Add tea bags, cover, and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Remove tea bags and let cool.
METHOD
Combine chai syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass and top with soda.
